I always look forward to our annual Newport Beach trip. This was the first time we were going to have the entire family together! I was not about to make that drive with Luella so I decided to fly and most of the others drove down. Luella did surprisingly really well on the flight. The color wonder coloring books saved us...and TREATS. This girl loves treats; I wonder who she takes after?
Josh came to pick us up from the airport and when he called to have us walk out front he was nowhere to be found....yep you guessed it, he drove to the wrong airport. Bless his heart. We forgave him and wandered the airport getting stickers from police officers. You can tell she feels important.

I'm all for exercise and I love to walk on the beach but this was more than I asked for; especially being pregnant. Grateful I have family to hold Lu as I waddle along the beach (4 miles later).
We spent one of the days shopping and when I went to go find Luella and Josh; this is what I stumbled across.

Papa insisted that we take Lu to Disneyland. I kept telling him she was too young and wouldn't care but he wasn't taking no for an answer. So off to Disneyland we went. I bought her a Minnie Mouse shirt to pretend like she even cares. She actually really enjoyed herself but lets face it; her favorite part was the parking garage and going up and down stairs.
Never thought this would happen...thank goodness it did
